Wave and groom is effective on hair which is no longer that 2 - 3 inches long. It is formulated specially to bring out the natural wave pattern
of short hair.

Contains conditioning oils which are helpful for retaining healthy hair and scalp.

Very similar to Black and White but has a finer texture.

Directions:
Apply the desired amount of Wave & Groom between palms and apply to clean, damp or dry hair. Use fingertips to spike, sculpt, and create stiff definition.
