· Delivery will be made to the address specified when you make the order.

· We aim to deliver your items to you within 7 working days. Whilst we make every effort to ensure all deliveries are complete within the said time, we shall not be liable if we fail to do so in part or in full due to circumstances beyond our control. We shall contact you to let you know if we are unable to deliver an item within the delivery time given.

· A signature is required at delivery. By placing an order you are authorising us to accept a signature from another person on your behalf if you are not present at the time of delivery. A signature is required for all orders.

· We do not deliver to PO box numbers.

· Late delivery does not entitle you to refuse or cancel the order.

· Delivery is usually by Fedex, Royal Mail, Parcel Force or any other delivery system of our choice.

· Orders dispatched by airmail, please allow 7 - 14 working days.

· When ordering salon furniture, we will inform you of the estimated delivery time shortly after receiving your order. As some items are not dispatched by our courier, they may therefore take a little longer. · Non-standard items such as specific salon furniture colours, sizes etc cannot be cancelled.

· Furniture & equipment orders that are cancelled more than 5 working days after being placed, you will be charged 20% of the value of the goods as well as the delivery charge.

· We reserve the right to choose any method of shipping.

· The user will indemnify Chris & Sons Ltd against all claims, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses, including legal fees which may or may not arise out of the use of information of any kind contained within this website.
