Chris and Sons was first established as a family business in 1964, serving hairdressers with all their requirements from their base in North London.

From small and humble beginnings the company continued to grow. In 1967 it became a limited company and opened its first Cash and Carry in Archway, Islington, North London, as well as continuing with their free delivery services to local businesses.

During the 1970's the company grew into one of the leading suppliers to the hairdressing trade in London, their growth being largely based on local knowledge and exceptional service.

In 1981 the company re-allocated to Palmers Green, where it became the largest Cash and Carry with extensive hairdressing and beauty equipment showrooms. The Cash and Carry soon established itself as a one stop shopping centre for hairdressers and beauty therapists, with a national reputation for availability of product, service and a fair pricing policy.

The Palmers Green Cash and Carry (Pictured Above) is now regarded as one of the busiest in the UK with an exceptional reputation and global following.

In November 2005, the company opened another branch in Hanwell, West London.

Chris and Sons Ltd is proud of its 40 years trading history and is still a family owned business, based on friendly service and family values.

The company continues to grow, and considers its reputation as its greatest asset with satisfied customers based not only in London but in many cities across the world.
