Orders of ยฃ30.00 (exc.vat) or over qualify for FREE Mainland UK Delivery (2 to 5 days, please choose the free delivery option at the checkout).

Order before 3pm for Next Day Delivery (please choose the next day delivery option at the checkout, weekends and bank holidays are not included - costs may apply).

For same day dispatch on Royal Mail 24, 48 or Special Delivery services, orders must be placed by 3pm, this applies Monday to Friday only, bank holidays are not included. Bank holidays are not considered a working day

Orders placed Friday after 3pm on an upgraded shipping service will be dispatched Monday, please note that the Monday is not included in the delivery estimate.

Orders between ยฃ1.00 and ยฃ29.99 Sterling (exc.vat) will be charged at ยฃ2.79 for shipping to mainland UK

Delivery charges to The Channel Islands, Offshore Islands, Highlands, Scottish Islands, Europe and the rest of the world will vary according to the destination and weight of the parcel. We will always endeavour to obtain the most competitive price, therefore we price each order individually.

Prices for the products on this website and the shipping charges above are excluding VAT at 20.0% and will be added on automatically at checkout.

Delivery will be made to the address specified when you make the order.

Requested safe spaces: If you have requested for your parcel to be left in a safe space or with a neighbour and this goes missing, we will not be liable or required to take further action.

For all UK orders, we aim to deliver items within 7 working days (weekends and bank holidays not included). Whilst we make every effort to ensure all deliveries are completed within the said time, we shall not be liable if we fail to do so in part or in full due to circumstances beyond our control. We shall contact you to let you know if we are unable to deliver an item within the delivery time given.

A signature may be required at delivery. By placing an order you are authorising us to accept a signature from another person on your behalf if you are not present at the time of delivery. A signature may be required for orders by a person aged 18 or over. Please ensure someone aged 18 or over is available to sign for goods delivered.

In the event of  customer absence at the time of deliver, an attempt will be made by the courier to re-deliver another day. Any request to deliver to an alternative address, after repeated failed attempts by the courier, will incur extra postage charges.

We do not deliver to PO Box numbers.

Late delivery does not entitle you to refuse or cancel the order.

Delivery will be by APC, Fedex, Royal Mail, or any other delivery system of our choice.

Orders despatched by airmail, please allow 7 - 14 working days.

When ordering salon furniture, we will inform you of the estimated delivery time shortly after receiving your order. As some items are not despatched by our courier, they may therefore take a little longer. Some furniture items purchased may be subject to additional carriage charges. Prices will be available on application. Non-standard items such as specific salon furniture colours, sizes etc cannot be cancelled.

Furniture & equipment orders that are cancelled more than 5 working days after being placed, will be charged at 20% of the value of the goods.

RETURNS POLICY

Please note we do not allow returns on our clearance items unless the product is faulty.

This applies to items purchased from this site only.

Please note that we are unable to process a refund or replacement unless we have the item back with us. In the event that the item is so damaged that it can not be returned to us, this will be decided for on a case-by-case basis.

Our guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item, unopened with seals, packaging and shrink-wrap intact and we will issue a full refund or credit note to the value of the item. This means a visual inspection and not a product trial.

For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.

Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us unless the wrong product was delivered, or the item is faulty. Please package the relevant item securely in at least the packaging it was received and send it to us with a copy of your invoice so that we receive it within seven working days of the day after the date that the item was delivered to you. 

Any Post & Packing charges by Chris & Sons Ltd will not be refunded if goods are returned to us by the customer or by any of our courier services (after several attempts without success) unless the wrong product was delivered, or the item is faulty.

Please note: we can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.

Goods are offered subject to availability. In the event of non-availability of goods, we reserve the right to rescind the contract.

Prices and manufacturers' specifications are subject to change without notice. Minor specification variations do not entitle the purchaser to rescind the contract.

Claims for damaged goods must be notified within 24 hours of receipt, please inspect goods immediately. If packaging is visibly damaged the parcel should be refused as we reserve the right to deny liability. For suitability of goods please contact the manufacturer.

Signing for goods accepts the goods into your care, and that they have been received complete and in undamaged packaging. You have the right to refuse damaged or incomplete parcels.

The cardholders name and address and delivery address must be the same for the 1st order.

We do not deliver to PO Box numbers.

Our company policy is to despatch goods within 48 hours of receiving your order (excluding weekends), however this can vary subject to availability of stock. Times quoted are made in good faith, but shall not be binding. Chris & Sons Ltd cannot accept responsibility for transport delays causing late delivery.

Most furniture and equipment items are built to order or custom built; these items are subject to the following additional terms of cancellation or return:

Furniture & equipment orders that are cancelled more than 5 working days after being placed, you will be charged 20% of the value of the goods as well as the delivery charge.

All orders placed by you will be treated as an offer to purchase the goods or services from Chris & Sons Ltd and we have the right to reject such offers at any time. Any automated acknowledgment of your order which you may receive from us shall not amount to our acceptance of your offer to purchase goods or services advertised on the Website. The conclusion of a contract between you and us will take place when we dispatch the goods to you or commence the services, whichever is the later. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If there is a problem with your order you will be refunded.

Due to strict hygiene regulations Chris & Sons Ltd cannot accept the return of scissors and razors.

Clippers and trimmers can only be returned if unused and in the same condition item was sent unless faulty.

Clipper, trimmer and shaver blades, leads and chargers are classed as perishable and are not covered under warranty.

Warranty may be voided if proper care has not been taken of clippers, trimmers and shavers and returns are subject to testing.

We reserve the right to choose any method of shipping.

The user will indemnify Chris & Sons Ltd against all claims, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses, including legal fees which may or may not arise out of the use of information of any kind contained within this website.
